What happens in the body.

In the cell: CellGym IHHT trains the mitochondria, the power plants of every cell. An ordered cellular metabolism is the basis for energy, regeneration and weight regulation; many clients report more vitality, up to libido and balance. Hormonal balance and sleep benefit when the cell works efficiently again.

Through the skin: red and near-infrared light (Healite II) is absorbed through the skin and works down to the cells: it supports mitochondrial energy production and tissue regeneration. Light is nourishment for the cell, precisely dosed.
