Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all treatments and programmes of Villa Zeltweg, a company of Podomedics, Zeltweg 74, 8032 Zurich.

2. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are binding. Cancellations and changes are possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, by phone and e-mail. Appointments cancelled later or not attended are charged. For subscriptions, the session is deducted from the balance. Exceptions apply to certified emergencies.

3. Prices and payment

The prices on the website and in the treatment plan apply, including VAT. Payment is made at the latest after the treatment, on site, by credit or debit card. No cash, no TWINT.

4. Treatments

Every treatment begins with a conversation and a skin analysis. You inform us fully about your skin condition, medication, pregnancy and previous treatments. You receive an explanation and confirm the treatment in writing. We perform treatments with non-ionising radiation and sound exclusively within the scope of the certificate of competence «Skin and Pigmentation» under the V-NISSG ordinance. Treatments requiring another certificate or a cantonal licence to practise are carried out by independent partners in their own name and under their own responsibility.

5. Results

We work to the current state of knowledge and technology. Results depend on skin type, age, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Vouchers and subscriptions

Vouchers are valid for two years, subscriptions for one year from purchase. Cash payout is excluded.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
