Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all treatments and programmes of Villa Zeltweg, a company of Podomedics, Zeltweg 74, 8032 Zurich.
2. Appointments and cancellations
Appointments are binding. Cancellations and changes are possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, by phone and e-mail. Appointments cancelled later or not attended are charged. For subscriptions, the session is deducted from the balance. Exceptions apply to certified emergencies.
3. Prices and payment
The prices on the website and in the treatment plan apply, including VAT. Payment is made at the latest after the treatment, on site, by credit or debit card or, on request, with Klarna in instalments or in 30 days, subject to approval by Klarna. No cash, no TWINT.
4. Treatments
Every treatment begins with a conversation and a skin analysis. You inform us fully about your skin condition, medication, pregnancy and previous treatments. You receive an explanation and confirm the treatment in writing. We perform treatments with non-ionising radiation and sound exclusively within the scope of the certificate of competence «Skin and Pigmentation» under the V-NISSG ordinance. Treatments requiring another certificate or a cantonal licence to practise are carried out by independent partners in their own name and under their own responsibility.
5. Results
We work to the current state of knowledge and technology. Results depend on skin type, age, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Vouchers and subscriptions
Vouchers are valid for two years, subscriptions for one year from purchase. Cash payout is excluded.
7. Membership
The Villa Membership is a personal, non-transferable membership with a minimum term of twelve months and monthly payment in advance. After the minimum term it renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice to the end of a month. A change to a higher level is possible from the next month, a change to a lower level at the end of the minimum term. Included sessions apply to the respective month and can be made up until the end of the following month. Villa credit is applied at the prices of the price list, accumulates within the membership year and lapses at its end; a payout is excluded. The membership can be paused once a year for up to two months, the minimum term is extended accordingly. Sessions not attended or cancelled later than 24 hours in advance count as used. The member price applies to treatments outside the chosen level and cannot be combined with promotions. Price adjustments are announced at least two months in advance.
8. Online shop
In the shop you order products and vouchers through the basket. The purchase is concluded when payment is completed. Payment runs on Stripe by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Klarna; payments are processed by AI Eyewear Swiss, Zeltweg 74, 8032 Zurich, our partner in the same house. All prices in Swiss francs including VAT.
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is free from an order value of CHF 150, below that we charge CHF 9. Collection at Zeltweg 74 is free. Vouchers are sent as a PDF by e-mail or printed at the Villa. Treatments are not paid in the shop but at the practice after the skin analysis.
Even Realities products may be returned unused within 14 days; custom-made prescription lenses are excluded. Otherwise the statutory warranty applies.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
