The protocol begins with a measurement.
Genetics describes what is laid down. Epigenetics describes which part of it is currently being read. Nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and environment change that reading continuously. Which is exactly what makes it interesting: it moves.
We work with the analyses of HealthBioCare. They measure microRNA and epigenetic markers from saliva, a stool sample or capillary blood, evaluated in a specialised laboratory. The result is neither a verdict nor a diagnosis, but a position: where you stand today, and which levers are worth pulling first.
For us that measurement is the beginning of a protocol. It feeds into your plan, alongside the VISIA Gen 7 skin analysis, and it is repeated after some months. Only the progress shows whether the protocol is working.
