Intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia training by CellGym: the air you breathe alternates between low and high oxygen. The cells train, the body adapts. You lie down for 40 minutes with a mask; nothing more is required.

Bookable on its own. A baseline session (60 minutes: questionnaire, resting pulse, oxygen saturation, setting of the intervals, first session, rest). Then single sessions of 40 minutes or a series of ten, one to three sessions a week. In the Reset programme combined with Healite II.

For whom. Longevity and regeneration, energy in daily life, after travel and intense periods, the sporting, and alongside every skin series so that the result is carried from within. We clarify exclusions in conversation.

Forty minutes that do not feel like waiting.

During the session you lie down. That is the point of it, and it is forty minutes otherwise spent looking at a ceiling. So the room is staged: sound, image and light are matched to one another, and you choose what you would like.

The setting is an offer, not a requirement, and it costs nothing extra. Tell us at the appointment what you would like, or decide in the room. The session itself is unchanged: forty minutes, a mask, pulse and oxygen saturation in view. On request the same applies to the combination with Healite II in the Reset.
