Our understanding
Integrative medicine combines the best of two worlds: the measurable precision of our non-ablative technologies with the cause-oriented view of integrative naturopathy and complementary medicine. We work findings-based, documented and interdisciplinary, with dermatologists, physicians, partner laboratories and the podiatry practice in the house. Aesthetics remains at the centre; the integrative level makes results run deeper and last longer.
Our foundation is Swiss biological medicine, studied at the Paracelsus Akademie Zürich and deepened in continuing education at the NHK Institut Zürich: understanding the organism as a regulated milieu, ordering the metabolic balance, building up gut and microbiome, draining and detoxifying, dosing vital substances with precision. Our programmes stand on this foundation.
Skin
Acne, redness, discolouration, premature ageing: outside we treat with EMFACE, LaseMD Ultra, Stellar M22 and Healite II. Inside we accompany with nutrition-oriented consultation, micronutrients and the gut-skin axis. Progress is objectified with VISIA Gen 7.
Hair and scalp
Hair strength begins at the scalp. We combine photobiomodulation (Healite II, red and near-infrared light) with an assessment of micronutrient status, stress axis and nutrition, with partner laboratory diagnostics and medical referral where indicated.
Nail health
Brittle, discoloured or growth-disturbed nails are viewed holistically: nutrients, care, mechanical causes. Podiatric treatment is provided by the podiatry practice in the house; medical diagnoses belong in medical hands, and that is where we refer directly.
Allergies and intolerances
For allergies, histamine issues and intolerances we accompany with complementary medicine: structured case history, nutrition and microbiome strategies, barrier care for the skin, laboratory diagnostics through partners on request. Conventional diagnosis and therapy remain with your physician; we coordinate and complement.
Skin longevity
Skin ageing is measurable and, in part, malleable. Our longevity approach combines CellGym IHHT for cellular health, targeted vital substances, sleep and stress architecture with VISIA progress measurement every three to six months, which also shows your true skin age. Care becomes a programme; the programme becomes a documented course.
The interplay
Each element works on its own. Together they form a finely tuned whole: technology outside, integrative medicine inside, measurement over time. Bookable individually, strongest combined, always individual.
